Tracey J. Donaldson joined Olver & Associates, Inc. in May 2003. As a Customer Service Representative and licensed broker, she brings extensive experience in the insurance industry for both personal and commercial lines.

Tracey currently handles commercial lines including property, general liability, workers comp. and NY DBL, as well as personal lines including homeowners, automobile, umbrella, personal articles floaters and watercraft.

Tracey graduated from Central City Business Institute (CCBI) in Syracuse, NY with an Associates Degree in Business Management. She resides in Interlaken, NY with her husband and two children.
