Lisa started her career in the insurance industry as a Commercial Customer Service Representative for a property & casualty agency located in Ithaca, NY. In addition to her customer service duties, she is also actively involved in the accounting and handling the agency management system.
In September 1998, she embarked on a new career with Olver & Associates, Inc. and handles day-to-day management of this firm.
She is a graduate of Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Records Administration.
